Versatility of S.S.Dogra rocking all the way on global level

The Himachali people are known for their honesty, sincerity, hard-work and simplicity. Today we are talking about a versatile Himachali who is multi talented Surender Singh Dogra but popularly known as S.S.Dogra. He is Journalist, Author, Media Academician and Filmmaker.

Born on 1st December 1966 in Delhi, belong to Village-Parol, District-Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh. He played cricket at the state level for his School team. He is art Graduate from Delhi University and did his B.Ed. from M.D. University Rohtak. He is Post Graduate in Journalism & Mass Communication. He is actively in the Journalism field for more than 25 years. His news, articles, interviews etc. have been published regularly in various national and international newspapers, magazines and portals.

Media Workshop Guru:

He has conducted more than two hundred fifty media workshops in various schools/colleges/Universities across the country. That’s why he is called Media Workshop Guru.

Founder/Director-Writer:

He is the founder of Creatives World’s Media Academy and Sure Short Production. He has also authored two books on Media Education. His debut Book written in English, Book written in English “Media Can Do Wonders in student’s Life” has also been referred to three major Indian Universities by the Hon’ble President of India and even this book physically reached in more than forty countries of the world.

Film-Director/Producer:

He has also produced and directed short, documentaries films and some of these films have also been honored at the national and international level. His latest film Raina-Hostel Ki Vo Raat (available on YouTube & OTT) screened & awarded in the 6th Dehradun International Film Festival.

Media-Academician:

Presently, S.S. Dogra is working as Asstt., Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication in Fair Field Institute of Management and Technology College, Kapashera, Delhi, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Bureau Chief / Editor:

Also, he is the Bureau Chief of Nepal-based Hindi monthly magazine Himalini from Delhi and also the resident editor for Zee-Nepal HD TV (satellite channel) from Delhi-India.

His Latest book : “MERE HUMSAFAR “(BHAURANGI SAKSHATKAR ) released by Padam Shri well known Poet Surender Sharma ji on 23rd November 2021 at CCRT, Dwarka, New Delhi. This book is also presented to Sh. Jai Ram Thakur Ji Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh on 27th January, 2022 by Mr. S. S. Dogra.
